and work backward, like Ryan assume 2% unemployment, something that has never happened. They just make it up and MSM plays along.

5. A government that is not so wildly screwed up doesn't
allow a situation to develope where this kind of scenario can occur.

The fail is still on Congress and Obama's shoulders. S&P got the point, which they were trying to make, correct.
