Loser Carl Paladino Stiffs Campaign Staff
Carl Paladino's campaign stiffed about a dozen consultants, vendors and staff members for some $130,000 in salaries, fees and expenses, according to numerous veterans of his failed gubernatorial bid.

They are pressing for payment from a campaign committee, Paladino for the People, that is deep in debt. Public records show the committee has a balance of only $5,305 and debts of $6.1 million, most of them loans from the candidate.

"I would have expected a nice thank-you from Carl for all the hard work I had contributed, but instead I got screwed," said Tim Suereth, who first served as manager of internal operations and later as an unpaid volunteer.

4. Yet they worked to get this nutcase elected.
Sorry, my sympathy meter is max'd out with the people of Japan. Maybe they'll learn a lesson a lot of Americans know - you can't trust a Republican.

5. Sue Lowden (R-NV) is refusing to pay her campaign debts too.
Sue Lowden Campaign Debt Reportedly Can't Be Paid By Former Senate Candidate

A month after a process server tracked down Sue Lowden during a Las Vegas deposition, the former Republican front-runner for the 2010 U.S. Senate nomination is claiming in court documents that she can't pay her campaign debts.

She has been paying off campaign bills at a "substantially reduced amount" because she has "limited resources at this time," according to her attorney in Colorado, where she was sued by a GOP media services firm.

SNIP

Documents obtained by Vegas Confidential in December indicated Lowden had more than $750,000 in campaign debts at that time, including to top-level staffers.

SNIP

Vitale's attorney, John Head, said in a complaint that Lowden reportedly is worth between $50 million and $200 million.

10. What do you expect if you work for someone like Paladino?
He's just following the whole right-wing philosophy of how to treat people! I.e. once they're no longer of use to you, screw 'em!
