Kamala D. Harris (Dem) 4,291,854 46.0%

Steve Cooley (Rep) 4,248,804 45.5%

7. The link is to the SOS site
and not sure how many ballots left since the report on the SOS site is out of date, in terms of many counties reporting recent counts.
