NBC News: CLINTON TAKES NEVADA
Clinton, Romney win in Nevada

WASHINGTON - NBC News declared Hillary Clinton as the projected winner in Nevada presidential caucuses on Saturday. Clinton and Barack Obama vied heavily in a race marred by last-minute claims of dirty politics....

Obama won the backing of the influential Culinary Workers Union. That, in turn, led to an unsuccessful lawsuit by some of Clinton's supporters who hoped to ban specially arranged caucuses along the Las Vegas Strip that could draw thousands of unionized casino and hotel workers. Both campaigned to the last moment among casino and hotel workers. Obama, hoping to become the first black president, spent nearly $1 million in television commercials. Clinton, campaigning to become the country's first woman chief executive, ran nearly $700,000 worth of commercials, and a union group backed the New York senator with nearly $100,000 on an independent ad campaign.

Former President Bill Clinton was a constant presence, as well, in a state he carried twice on his own in 1992 and 1996....

1. Clinton won Popular vote but Obama got more Delegates.
When looking at the numbers it shows the Clinton won the popular vote but Obama received more delegates-13 to Clinton's 12. Unless of course you throw in the 'declared Super Delegates', then according to CNN both candidates tied with 14. So who really won? Can either candidate really claim victory? Or am I missing something here?
