Dear DU'er,

During this year's Super Bowl, you'll see ads sponsored by beer
companies, tobacco companies, and the Bush White House. But you
won't see the winning ad in MoveOn.org Voter Fund's Bush in 30
Seconds ad contest. CBS refuses to air it.

I sent this out to my list of friends. Those media scum bags. They don't do issue ads - so what are those anti-drug commercials for the government. Oh issue ads aren't they. CBS would say if it comes from the government it isn't an issue ad, it's a public service announcement. Right.

Hopefully the ads get more media coverage by not being shown. NPR had Wes Boyd and Eli Pariser of Moveon.org do a pretty good summary.
