We are fighting for local control of our water resources.
We, citizens of Lexington Ky want the city to buy the water company from the German Conglomerate, RWE. They have fought us tooth and nail, with false propaganda, buying our city council and filing harassing law suits. This Friday we will find if we will be able to vote on whether we can have a vote on this issue.

A am a precinct captain for this effort. Hopefully we will be allowed to vote this Nov. We have the volunteers for this campaign, but we need the money. It will come, but we will be fighting a multi billion dollar corporation.

Here is our website.

Water is becoming the new oil. Greedy capitalist are buying up water resources world wide.
We need to fight this company. Since they gained control of our city council they have raised our rate by 8% and is suing the state for another 8% rate hike. If they defeat us in court or at the polls, we are sunk. their next goal is to take control of the Public Service Commission. With Republicans firmly in control in the capitol, it won't take long.

If you can help with moral support, guidance, or cash, it would be appreciated.
