NC Death-penalty opponents- must read

The NC House is holding a public hearing on the death penalty moratorium bill this Tuesday (July 15) from 11 am-1 pm, in the third floor auditorium of the legislative building. There won't be a vote, but it's still important to show our support for the bill. So, if you can, be there, tell all your friends to be there, and, if you're a church-goer, urge your pastor/rabbi/whatever to come and wear his/her clerical clothing.

Moratorium opponents will probably be there in large numbers, so we need to at least match them. According to moratorium supporters in the House, we're close to having enough votes to get this passed. So if anyone could come, or knows anyone who could, it'd be greatly appreciated.
