Our Progress So Far

We've achieved 33.2% of our new goal of 25,000 letters.
Bill Frist and the radical Republicans have regrouped and are vowing to bring their “nuclear option” scheme to a vote as soon as next week. One last time, it’s up to us to rise to the occasion and show that Americans are opposed to giving one party absolute power to stack our courts with partisan extremists.
To build support for their power grab, the radical Republicans and their allies have increasingly resorted to the disturbing tactic of demonizing and threatening federal judges. This is a dangerous, irresponsible tactic that must be exposed to the American people and stopped.
Letters from MoveOn members on the "nuclear option" and the extreme judicial nominees have been published in thousands of newspapers nationwide and helped turn the tide of this debate. We have one more week to do it again. Please write your letter today.
