Mike Malloy gave me an idea...
Edited on Thu May-12-05 10:28 PM by marmar
Since the corporate media chooses to ignore the infamous Blair memo and the Tom Ridge revelations aren't getting much play, why doesn't someone organize a March for Truth on Washington? Move On.org, United for Peace and Justice... anyone. A full day of events and speeches demanding answers, demanding the truth, demanding impeachment. Half a million people screaming and shouting on the Capitol Mall would be tough to ignore.

No justicia, no paz!

1. I say Paper Chase is faster and easier...
Just print, copy and leave in churches, bathrooms, book shops tucked inside Wall Street Journal, whereever. Just leave the news...if we all do it, imagine the impact?

4. Right... and
I have for over a year... the point is, that is only 2 of us that.

I have an idea... can we ask skinner to create a forum called:

Paper Chase

Each week the mod of the forum posts 3 articles to be distributed for that week and everyone who joins the forum can post where they left it, city, state, location such as bookshop, etc.

what do you think?

8. me too.....
although i have been a little lax lately. i vacillate between LTTE's and my paper-bombs. My last one was really cool..two pages, but it opened like a book and it included pictures from Iraq. My new favorite drop spot is the supermarket..in the newspapers...in the carts....on shelves....

9. Yesterday a fellow DUer posted....
about how CNN lied about the Cessna that entered the no-fly zone around the whitehouse could carry about 2000lbs of explosives, and did the math with the weight etc. I printed the post so I could show mr madmom, he took it to work with him. He called me a little while ago and said it really opened some eyes, several people said "they lied to us" and declared they will watch a little closer from now on.So folks the power of the pen err keyboard is still a force to be reckoned with.By the way..thanks to whoever did the research and posting! :yourock:

This is the absolute proof to impeach this sonnofabitch...

And I say no one leaves the protest until impeachment proceedings are conducted...

Wanna know the most saddest news - there are alot of drones who follow this idiot we call president and believe in EVERYTHING he and the administration says. This too is our fight.

My analogy is like this: We are on a big 'ol boat in the middle of the ocean... the captain is drilling a hole in the bottom on the boat and thus eventually sinking the ship. Most of the officers and most of the crew are busy watching Gilligan's Island (while the ship is taking on water) and saying what a great guy the captain is. The other, and few, officers are saying 'oh we are taking on water - but I want to be an officer next year so I won't say anything. The other shipmates are talking to themselves - 'ya know we are taking on water and we could drown. Lets just keep on talking - don't really want to cause a problem. Oh well...

Captain, captain we are taking on water... "don't bother me I'm riding my bike... and besides my dad has a house for me in Saudi Arabia and also beside I have my life boat. And oh, it's collection time... I need more money for the life boat makers...

Blub blub blub...
