A reminder 49th Cong. District event tonight 9/3

Join us for the first in a series of bi-weekly Byron for Congress “On the Issues” discussions tonight. The subject of this first discussion will be “immigration” and its impact on our district’s Hispanic community. Supporters Beatrice and Menny Shushan have graciously offered to host the event at their beautiful home in Oceanside…you may recall they stepped in at the last minute to allow us to move our initial campaign office’s “Grand Opening” party to their home after GOP-supporting thugs intimidated the property management into kicking us out of the space the day before!

Our candidate will be listening to the Hispanic community and detailing his opposition to recent inland border sweeps of undocumented workers ordered by the US Homeland Security Department. He will discuss the policies he will pursue once elected and contrast those policies with those of GOP incumbent Darrell Isaa – who made his support of recent Homeland Security Department inland sweeps (which are nothing more than election year terror tactics that victimize working families) well known in a “town hall” gathering he held in Temecula last month!
