Fighting in Iraq PROVES Bush and Rumsfeld no NOTHING about winning war
As a 24 year old, former Marine, My heart is with my brave brothers fighting so bravely in Iraq. The Marines (and the American military in general) are the toughest, best trained, best equiped, and most ferocious fighters in the world...BAR NONE. The Iraqi scum who are taking them on are getting thier asses kicked and they KNOW IT. We have lost about 20 Marines....the Iraqi guerillas have lost almost 400. That alone proves how superior we are to them in war.

However, having said that...this whole post war effort has been planed "piss poor". Non Military cowards like Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney, George Bush, and Paul Wolfowitz, tottally disregarded the advice of smart military commanders like Gen. Shinseki, and Gen. Anthony Zinni. We needed more troops, better logistics, better intelligence, and better equipment for protecting agaibst roadside bombs. If John Kerry were President, we would have had all those things taken care of...because Kerry (unlike that panty wearinf sissy George Bush, has actually been in combat).

Kerry would also be able to get other nations and NATO involved, because at this point they are hanging us out to dry...just to spite Bush.

The only way to save America as the world's foremost power is to vote in Kerry, and send Bush back home to mommy.

2. I agree with you but hang with me for a sec...
I know your a proud ex-marine and its obvious in your post that you seem to be a gung-ho, go kick some ass, rah-rah type. If I'm mistaken I beg your pardon - however.....

What makes you think the Iraqis who are resisting the occupation are "scum"? Is it because they are fighting your "brothers"?

What if the Iraqis resisting the occupation had the same firepower as the US Marines? Wouldn't THAT be a better test of whether or not they are as equal fighters? Don't you think they would gladly switch weapons with the Marines, if they could? The way I see it - its a lopsided battle.

I'm not trying to be disrespectful here, but you give the impression that the Iraq invasion was a justified act and that your onmly upset because the "job" hasn't been successful thus far..

3. Ahhh, Point of Order. We invaded their country without cause.
The Iraqis are defending their homeland.
We, the US are the scum there. The Iraqis had nothing to do with 9/11/2001.

Get our troops out of there and bring them home.

Impeach those responsible for this crime against humanity.
