MASH fans - who can find the two glaring mistakes in this ABC News article about the death of Harry
Morgan? If ya find um I'll post a really cool anti-war rant by Colonel Potter!

(don't read the article's comments section - that's cheating.)

2. I can find one

(Trapper: Hawkeye didn't get the chance to say goodbye, and Potter didn't get the chance to say hello.)

I'm not seeing the other offhand, though. They don't include his work on Potter in AfterMash, but I imagine you're after a different answer :)

3. You are correct with mistake number one!
i was shocked that NOBODY at ABC News caught that - any true MASH fan knows Potter and Trapper were never in the show together (the actors were when Morgan played a different character in a previous season).

Hint for mistake #2 - it's in one of the 4 photographs that accompany the story. More of a typo on this one.

4. ah, I see it
I wasn't looking at the pictures ... it's true that the series lasted longer than the war, but not *that* much longer

I agree that somebody should have caught the Trapper mistake. And I loved his appearance as the crazy general

10. Bartford Hamilton Steele, 3 E's, not all in a row
That episode was called "The General Flipped at Dawn"

My favorite lines from that episode

Steele; (To Hawkeye) You're insubordinate

Hawkeye: right

Steele; You're insolent

Hawkeye; Right, and you're nuts!!

13. The other was in picture #4
which is now picture #5 for some reason - a typo saying the picture was from 1882!

oh ABC News - don't go down that - we don't care about facts - road that foxnews is on.

14. Only found one.
Harry Morgan and Wayne Rogers were never together as Potter and Trapper John. Morgan, as I recall, came on a few episodes after Mike Farrell joined the cast.

Everything else looked correct to me, so now I'm off to read the responses.
