If I were anywhere nearby, I would show up. I realize that doesn't help, but it'd be fun.

2. In a robust economy...

I'd be there in a New York minute...or a Kamloops second...I am mad about Vancouver...lived on Marine Drive in West Van in one of the most interesting years of my life. Alas, I can only observe jealously from a distance... can't imagine you have no takers!
