1. I will tell you a story about CitiBank and how they canceled my credit card because I owed to little
That will take you mind off your foot.

How did you hurt your foot.

4. Try to get it looked after.
Get a sports velco wrap until then, to give your foot some support.

I wore one of those for months with a bad ankle, should have went to the Dr.

6. I wear Skechers shape ups shoes.
The shoes cured my ankle and knee, no more pain.

Only took a few days.

I won't wear any other type of schools.

7. I'm supposed to wear the inserts whenever I'm on my feet. Didn't today. Now I'm paying for it.
That'll learn me. :hi:

10. Do the warm/cold treatment
Stand in (or sit on the side of) the tub with your feet in very warm water, then let that drain out and run cold water. Alternate very warm & cold a few times- your feet will feel better! An old nurse gave us this advice when I was a nursing student a long time ago.

11. Go ahead and send me your owie pain - I'm already on pain meds so I can take a lil extra.
And behave once it gets better! :P
