Watching Survivor
I don't like the "Dragon Slayer" - The coach is so full of it.

The Russell nephew is a total jerk. Why do these Christians consider themselves better than everyone else? There are plenty of Christians that are better people. Do people really like these self-righteous Christians?

1. The Russell nephew is doing a great job of showing self-righteous Christians what
hypocrisy looks like.

I haven't watched this week's episode yet; it's on my dvr schedule for later tonight.

2. Little Hantz is 19 and married.
I guess that is because it would be unthinkable to have sex outside of marriage.

He dislikes Mikaela (sp) because she is hot and he is attracted to her. He wants the witch banished for having the nerve to get him all excited.

He is really out of shape for such a young guy. I don't think I would be so critical if he were likable. I am guilty of judging people, too.

The born-agains just can't keep their beliefs to themselves. I wouldn't mind so much if he mentioned it once, at the beginning, when they were all introducing themselves. He could have said it was part of him, and it would have an effect on how he plays the game. Now he just needs to shut up about it.

4. Those born agains and fundies just want to be in everyone's face.
He should get it in his head that just because a person appears to be attractive doesn't mean you have to consider them attractive. Obviously, he doesn't have enough against her that he is still attracted to her.

Of course, a 19 year male is usually not mature enough to handle relationships of any type. And he hasn't had enough life experiences at his age.

5. She was crying because of the way he treated her.
I can understand that. But she should have gone off by herself to cry so no one would see her being weak. Never let them see you cry.

7. Brandon has to go
And not just because I have Mikayla in the pool, but because he made her cry, the boor.

Tip for young Brandon: If you have to keep telling everyone what a Christian you are, the chances go down every time you mention it that you're about to act in a Christ-like manner. He's a real bundle of neuroses, isn't he? I can understand Coach's affinity for Brandon, but Brandon's proclivity for saying one thing while doing another is going to wear thin real fast. During Brandon's little tribal council, he was yammering about how Mikayla doesn't have any allies, and she's all alone, and yadda, yadda, yadda. The way everyone in the tribe was studying their feet, you'd have thought a podiatrist convention had broken out.

I thought Mikayla had done the right thing to talk to Brandon privately (the only thing missing would have been her demanding "Why do you have such a hard-on for me?" which would have been hilarious). Brandon took it to the next level to call out Mikayla in front of the whole tribe. So long, you little punk.

The preview for next week looked interesting in that Cochrane (my other person in the pool) may be trying to crack the Ken-and-Barbie alliance in Ozzy's tribe.

8. We almost decided to skip this season because we are so sick of Coach
At first I thought it was him acting to try and fit or to be a goof but now I think he truly believes his own hype machine. He gets on every one of my nerves. But we decided to stick with it to maybe see him get plastered lol.

Lil Hantz gotta go. There has never been a person I have hated on this show as much as I hate him. It used to be Coach but he replaced coach.

It makes me angry that when I shout at him through the TV he can't hear me. :grr: It drives me crazy that he thinks Mikayla is doing anything to tempt him or whatever it is he thinks. Every single problem he has is completely in his own thick skull and he is too stupid to know it. I wonder, since uncle Russel was a millionaire, if he grew up privileged. He probably really thinks any woman looking pretty in front of him is there for him to decide if he wants or not.
