1. Were they roasted dry or in oil?

With no health issues you're fine with the salt unless we're talking over 2,000 mg just for these peas, on top of whatever else you had today. But then if they're that salty they'd probably not taste very good.

But back to the roasting. If they were done in oil then guaranteed there will be too many calories from fat in those to be any good for you long term. Just enjoy them for this once and remember that for next time.
