1. Well, at least put on some pajama jeans so we can see where you are!
:P

12. After making fun of the Pajama jeans for months...
I finally saw someone wearing them today...and I have to take it all back, they made her ass look fantastic. If I hadn't gotten up to run some errands early and left the house unshaved and wearing a dirty shirt, I'd have hit on her. (I needed to buy razor blades and detergent.)

22. Until I saw that thread in the Lounge,
I'd never heard of them. And I'm still unclear as to what they are. I thought they were pajamas that looked like jeans, but your statement makes it sound like it's the other way around. And I doubt I'd know what they were if I saw them in use, other than, it appears, as nice-looking clothing :)

24. They're more like pajama-cut jeans...
except stretchier than denim...a thicker cottony material than jersey-knit PJ pants textured like denim. No real fly or pockets, they're embroidered on. Elastic waist.

Sized correctly, which is about 1-2 sizes smaller than the maker recommends, they look painted on and provide a lovely "lift and shape" effect on the posterior while remaining comfortable I'd suppose on account of the flare-leg.

Sized how the manufacturer recommends sizing them, they look horrendous. I leave home looking like a slob sometimes (see previous post), but I'd never leave my apartment looking like I'm wearing jeans I bought 15lbs. ago and refuse to replace out of laziness or comfort.

This is how they recommend sizing:

This is closer to what I saw today:

26. Unless the woman was close enough to almost touch,
I doubt I'd be able to see the difference between them and regular jeans. So, I wouldn't give them a second thought because they don't really "stand out" from everyone else wearing jeans.

Now if she was wearing something like this, I would most likely stop and ogle

27. Nah...
Edited on Sat Sep-24-11 11:27 PM by Chan790
the fact that all the "pockets", "seams" and "stitching" is either appliqued on or embroidered actually makes them stick out. You'd never mistake them for a pair of jeans...my first impression was that she was wearing denim leggings.

28. Well, if you say so.
Still don't think I'll pay them much mind though. I tend to pay more attention to the Indian and Middle Eastern women around here what with their colorful scarves and saris :D

16. When you cross a certain age, like 50, you become virtually invisible to younger people
and probably to many of the people your own age. I recall someone had written an article on this a while back and I think that's what Trudeau was riffing on.

15. I have a 'cousin-in-law' whose nickname is 'Bake'.
She's a pretentious jerk.
But you're not and I can see you.
I've gone invisible myself, several times, here.
