I tend to like anything with a garden or a landscape. I also have this:

1. Native American art takes up most of my living room walls.

And one wall is dedicated to family photos along with photos of my deceased pets.

2. My painting there is called "Indian Church" by the non-native canadian painter Emily Carr.

She took canoe trips up the West coast of Canada around the turn of the 20th century and painted the native villages there. She also wrote about her trips in the book "Kleewick". She was a beautiful writer. I love how the forest completely dominates and outshines the 'western church' in that painting. I'm one for believing that if there is a god..he/she is in nature, love and ancestors.
