I have a sad boy. No soccer today because of the pneumonia and I think no
camping trip next week, either. I just don't see how he can get better by Monday. :(

Still, if we hadn't accidentally found the pneumonia and he had played soccer all day today and gone camping for 4 days next week, he could have come home a very sick little man.

3. I know he's sad...who wouldn't be, esp. at his age?
He can't really see the long term consequences of not taking care of his illness...

Maybe you can think of some way to make it up to him?

I hope he recovers very quickly!

4. He has more games this year, but I can't make up for a camping trip with all his classmates. I doubt
camping with Mom & Dad & little bro is a good substitute. LOL

Thanks for the well-wishes. I hope they come true. Still trying to figure out how to determine when he is better, since he has no symptoms and it took an x-ray for something else to show that something was wrong. :(
