What exactly is Heaven?

A lawyer dies and goes to Heaven. An angel is showing him around and they keep passing these drab almost jail cell rooms with old men sitting on their beds looking bored - "He was a pope in the 12th century. This one was a cardinal in the 18th century, and he was a bishop who only died ten years ago. Then they reach a room with a door. The angel opens it and shows the lawyer in. It is like a luxury hotel suite - king size bed, swimming pool on the balcony, in-floor jacuzzi, full bar. The lawyer says, "Wait, I don't get it. How come all of those popes and such are in drab little rooms and I get this?

The angel answers, "Oh we get lots of popes up here, but you're the first lawyer we've ever had."
