Where the F*** did this come from?

Thunderstorms, wind and rain (big ol' drops of rain - just enough to make the road slick :( ) in the city of San Diego on Labor Day Weekend? We knew there was a chance of sprinkles and boomers in the mountains, but here near the beach? Accidents all over the road as people heading for the beach or other end of summer parties are freaking out.

And not even a 10% chance predicted on the NOAA site - usually if there's the slightest chance, NOAA will tell is it's a 50%. That monsoonal stuff was supposed to stay well east of the mountains today.

Wierd weather.

On Edit - Thank you Rick Perry. Yet again, a location outside Texas that needs a little rain gets it. Someone is probably trying to tell you something...
