Priapism! :scared:

When it won't go down, that's called a priapism. It's usually the result of the increased blood pressure trapping the blood in the penis even upon sexual release and normal flaccidity processes.*

Over the span of hours, it becomes inflamed, swollen, takes on a deformed appearance and begins to turn a mottled greyish-black-brown like it's bruised. Also it becomes increasingly sensitive to the point of agonizing pain. (Think getting kicked in the balls. Now imagine getting kicked in the balls by Pele for all of eternity in Hell. It's more like the second one.) Usually they go away on their own after 4-8 hours and the secondary symptoms recede a few days. In those cases where priapism does not go away on it's own, the blood must be removed surgically or by syringe and permanent loss of erectile function may occur. Non-treatment may result in the loss of sexual function, blood poisoning, loss of the penis due to gangrene or the subsequent necessity of amputation and rarely death resulting from complications of infection or resultant disease.

*-They're rather very common in morons without erectile dysfunction who like to combine Cialis with cocaine thinking it's going to make them some sort of repeat-performing sexual-god. Not only doesn't it, the combination is great for precipitating heart attacks too.

Short takeaway: Drugs and drugs and sex don't mix, you should pretty-much just stick to the sex. If your soldier stands to salute and then forgets how to take a bow, call the doctor.
