Has anyone else watched "Roseanne's Nuts"?
They are running a bunch of episodes for weekend filler on Lifetime.
I tuned in because I think she is hilarious most of the time; at least she's honest. She's also running for President.

She invited Sandra Bernhard and Phyllis Diller to her house, and they were out drinking at a restaurant. Phyllis is 93, and still has that famous cackle, although she cackles more slowly than she used to!!

Roseanne asked Phyllis "Did you know Paul Newman? Did you have sex with him?" and Phyllis said "No, but he was gorgeous, and he raised a lot of money and gave it to charity". They agreed that that was the best thing you could do with your money was to be charitable.

I thought that was cool. They were cutting up, drinking wine and yet talking about how the best thing you could do was to give to charity.

1. Thanks for the heads up!
Just tuned in to Lifetime. I've only seen one episode where they trapped a wild boar and then set it free.

Love the show!

2. I've watched.
Saw the Phyllis Diller episode last night, then the one where Roseanne wants to save the world by giving away the vegetables from her garden. I love her train-wreck life. I hate to use a cliche about a 'celebrity' but, jeeze, she's real.

3. I assume this is Roseanne formerly Barr/Arnold?
She had a lot of important things to say about the treatment of working class America, about race, gender, sexuality on her sitcom. I really admire her.

4. Yes, watched 3 episodes and love the show. Food truck was really funny.
Roseanne should do a show about the truly batshit crazy Republican women like Bachman and Palin.

5. I think that "Roseanne" was one of the most liberating shows on TV.
And the funniest. I'll have to tune in and catch up with her new one..

11. well, that's good. On a personal level she is probably a
very good person. However, I find her public persona annoying as hell.

9. I've always been fond of Roseanne, in all her crazy glory. Seen the show a couple times.
I don't think I'm interested in watching it a lot. Are her husband and son always such jerks?
