I actually thought about this all/most day: "Enjoy" - enjoyment - I don't get it.

Let's start by the bottom line: I'm a prole, don't have time for lingering. I went to work, did it, and moved on.

I'm not a car facier, either: It needed to get me to work and where I needed to be. When it wore out, it was disposable and I'd get another.

When somebody tells me to ENJOY my meal, well, I needed to get to work or something.


And as for travelling: I distinctly dislike enjoying the trip. I want to get there/wherever and then wonder WHY.

If I'm watching "Black Swan" and I get the damned movie, am I really ENJOYING it?!1

What was that movie, The Last Emperor, where the young empress was fed coke and was physically pleasured by her servants?!1 Or, what about the so-called Duchess of Windsor, who, according to the National Enquirer, learned physical tricks o'th'trade off of her hubby's stint and then the "romantic"/Nazi king just luerved her?!1
