1. Etsy is a nice place to start
You can type in a price range and keywords and find some lovely ones, especially recycled/upcycled jewelry boxes.

2. Go to QVC.com and type jewelry boxes in the search section.
There are all kinds there. In fact, you will find it hard to make a choice.
