Anyone ever had that canadian delicacy a Beaver Tail? The name is no joke.

I had one today and I love them. Obama had one when he was in Ottawa - in fact they made them special at the Canadian Embassy in Washington for the Obama inauguration. Hopefully this will replace poutine as Canada's national food.

I'll give a slight edge to beaver tails over poutine, though I'm not a big fan of either. I'm a lousy Canuck anyway...don't like beer, maple syrup, hockey, poutine, snow...:P
