Which dietary fiber do you use to stay fair and balanced?
I use Rite Aid generic orange flavored psyllium fiber.

I eat an apple just about every day. Oddly, hard cider works just the same. :

rarely need medicinal help, but then it's psyllium.

98% Grape Juice and about 2% 190 grain makes for a fun colon clensing! Between parties I use Metamusical!

Gotta get me that 20+ grams of fiber each day - keeps my thoughts from becoming impure.

I have lots of fresh veggies for lunch everyday. Things start moving just about the time I finish work.
