CAsey Anthony Trial ---why was Lee crying about Casey's pregnancy?

For those who don't know, Lee Anthony, Casey's brother, was on witness stand and told about how upset he was that the family kept Casey's pregnancy from him. This was seven years ago since Caylee died in 2008 at 3 years old. Recalling that time, he broke down, saying the family had kept him out of the loop. I found it a very strange overreaction and am wondering what the REAL story is here. Was there incest?

1. I heard a rumor like that before

I have no idea, I haven't followed it too closely. I did think it was strange when the story for first broke there wasn't any focus on who the father was or his efforts in the search. I think the real father died, I think, this bit of information was something I had to dig for and not heard over the TV.

But I do know that neither her Dad or brother are the Father of Caylee, they did DNA tests.

As far as him crying about her pregnancy- I think even though Casey is a lunatic she and her brother were close so... :shrug: I don't think it's unusual that he'd be emotional over it(all of this actually).

4. No one knows who the father is including Casey...

at least as far as anybody can tell. However, the prosecution gave paternity tests to both George Anthony and Lee Anthony because they wanted to rule their paternity out (which they did).

The prosecution was being pro-active by giving this test because they felt the defense would try to say that the father or the brother was the father.

5. just read that both Lee and father were tested by FBI & negative for paternity

Cannot find the link again! Also read that Casey said in jail 2010 Lee had molested her.

The whole thing is bizarre

6. He felt left out

Some legal experts speculated that he felt like an outsider because no one in the family would admit she was pregnant. Apparently, he was upset thinking back about not really being a trusted member of the family. His testimony was the only time it seemed like Casey was legitimately crying, so I think they had a close relationship. Despite the fact that the whole family seems like a bunch of sociopaths, I think they were tight.
