4. So do I - wonder where the stadium is? So I googled the message
Edited on Tue Jun-28-11 09:46 AM by rurallib
and here is where it lead:
"Did anyone in Auckland see this string banner and message ("SCOTT KELLY HAS A SMALL DICK") being towed behind a Wilga on Friday afternoon??

I spotted it passing overhead the folks place about 3pm heading towards the city and returning back towards Ardmore an hour or so later.

Who is the poor b'stard S. Kelly and who did he p.i.s.s off?

Also poses the question wether it was an appropriate message, should the company involved have accepted the job??"

Big Day Outers in Auckland were left scratching their heads this afternoon as a light plane flew above Ericsson Stadium towing a straight talking banner that would cause any red blooded kiwi bloke to cringe.

The saying “hell hath no fury like a woman scorned” was on the lips of many, while others were just wondering who the hell Scott Kelly was.
The banner, sporting the words “SCOTT KELLY HAS A SMALL DICK”, was organised by online magazine nzgirl and flown above the Big Day Out for two hours from 3pm today. It was followed by a second plane with the message “DON’T MESS WITH NZ GIRLS – nzgirl.co.nz”.

6. He might have a cause of action there ...
Although truth is an absolute defense to libel, truth here might be a relative term ... then there's possible invasion of privacy/false light ... I'm sure a creative lawyer could come up with SOMETHING.

On the other hand, he might not want to have to whip it out in open court!

Just sayin' ...
