My cat fell out of a tree - wit's end!
She's going to be absurd about the whole process, and try to hide that she bumped her hip, even though I took her to the vet.

What the hell do you do to entertain an outside cat while she's healing, when she is the terror of the moles in your garden, the birds eating strawberries, and in general decimates the rat population?

She's not a "house" cat. She's a hunter that has been injured, and frankly, if she leaps into my lap, only to leap out of it again and again and again, I'm going to go crazy.

I love her dearly, and she is doing all of those things! The one thing I'm shocked about is no howling at the door. Thank god for small favors.

Anyone else have a vigorous pet that got injured, and then were the worst patients on earth?
