Watched "A Bronx Tale" last night, stil consider it a "minor classic."
It was on "Spike" so the hundreds of f-bombs resulted in hundreds of moments of silence.

It's definitely not "Goodfellas" or "Casino."

Directed by DeNiro (his directorial debut), written by Chazz "Sonny" Palminteri, starring Lillo Brancato, Jr., who later went on to an extended role on "The Sopranos," and a real-life role as state inmate #09A0227 at the Oneida Correctional Facility in Rome, New York, eligible for parole in 2014 (on suspicion of murdering off-duty police officer Daniel Enchautegui).

3. Not into the gangster genre, but I enjoyed this - characters are well done
The gangsters aren't just cartoony short-tempered murderers. Chazz is awesome, loved him in The Usual Suspects too. Weird how 'C' ended up in jail in real life.

SO MUCH like him.
