2. Finally! Now once my wife has a push-button kitchen...
...(because she likes cooking, not because it's her "place" or anything) we'll be all set.

The robot lawn mower was a big disappointment. It could not handle tree roots.

6. Well, they got two things right:
1. Flat panel TV with three front speakers.

2. Social networking/video conferencing, complete with crotch shot (I don't think the white-haired individual on the screen is pointing at the dress).

8. How come mid-century depictions of The Future never included Black people?

Perhaps they and Asians were providing the manual labor that allowed the whites to live in Star Trek land.

9. Blocked by the laws of physics, thermodynamics, and gravity

11. Can't Congress repeal those laws?
I mean, they certainly ignore reality in a lot of other situations. Inertia in particular is really overrated.

12. Actually, what I had in mind was more like this...

Not just an airplane with folding wings, an aerodynamic shape, control surfaces and an adequate propulsion and power supply.
