12. I love all manner of fur.

We have two Great Pyrenees, large and lazy dogs who are most adept at rug impersonations. Six indoor cats who show us varying degrees of affection, depending on their moods.
One outdoor cat, the feral mother of all the indoor cats, who allows me to pet her only when she's eating the food I give her. She does chat with me and follows me when I take the dogs on their evening walk.
I love parrots and daydream about adding feathers to this mix. But I know better.
