So what are you eating for memorial day?
We're having tacos. Nice crunchy shell, in goes the spiced meat, then the cheese (using sharp cheddar) so the meat melts it, then the salsa, some raw vidalia onions and finally tomato wedges on top to hold everything in. Beer and Tequila to wash it down. Yummy :D

3. Leftover fish from last night.
I grilled a piece of mahi mahi with some unknown rub I made a while back. I also grilled asparagus, which I will also have with it, and probably potatoes. I thought about making fish tacos with it, but I don't have any shredded cabbage. Will wash it down with beer a Blue Moon Belgian White.

8. Corona Extras w/ lime to start off with.
Then we had spicy chicken wings and grilled cheese burgers and hot dogs, crispy french fries with a honey mustard dip and different chips with spinach dip/french onion or salsa.

Watermelon and brownies for dessert.
