Who here wants to have a Rib Cookoff in Tejas sometime?
I'm thinkin - its a central place...and if we have it around January we can welcome Bush back to Crawford in a down home kinda way.... Besides, I really want to see the East Coast Matcom Smoked Ribs vs. NSMA West Coast Braised Ribs battle go on.
