1. Ahhh.... I miss Stuckey's.
I used to stop at one near the PA-MD border on my trips to DC. It's a fireworks emporium now. :(

Loved their pralines and they had the best hot dogs! :)

3. I'm thinking Pecan Log Rolls.
We used to stop at Stuckeys every time we were on the road when I was a kid.

I loved the way they had signs every quarter mile leading up to the offramp, starting like five miles away. Kinda like the Burma Shave signs...

4. I wasn't aware of Stuckeys until I drove across country (SF to DC) in '91
Jesus, those signs were everywhere! I can't say that a pecan log roll sounded appetizing at the time, though. I never stopped.

2. There's one on I-70 towards Columbia, MO.
I need to stop in next time and pick up a pecan log.

The only time we were allowed to get it when it wasn't the holidays was on a cross country run in the old Mercury Colony Park 4 seater (2 seats faced each other in the back)
