I got a "senior coffee" yesterday

Picking up lunch at a local grocery store I decided to get a coffee.
Young guy cashier asks me "How old are you?"
Me: I'm 44 why?
cashier:Oh then that is a senior coffee. 99 cents.
Me: A senior coffee?
cashier: Yeah I give senior coffee to all old people
Me: Old people?
cashier:Yeah I give senior coffee price to anyone over 35


Me: How old are you? (has name on nametag AND tattooed on his forearm)
cashier: 18
