It's super easy, very few ingredients and absolutly delish.

...with all due modesty (which in my case means none) I am the king of "give me the ingredients, I'll make dinner."

Seriously.

Tell me it's beef, fish, poultry, pork, or vegetarian.

Tell me an ethnic preference.

Tell me rice, pasta, salad.

I've made mouth-watering dinners for mucho dinero, and I've done the same for a couple of bucks.

But I need something to work with.
