Is there a way to remove oneself permanently from FBI?
I have been "deactivated" but, the info is still there and I be "reactivated" at any time. Is there a way to remove it so that I can not be reactivated?

4. First I don't know what we are talking about but I think I can help nonetheless.
Now either we are talking about some chip deally in your head, which you'll have to remove, you might need explosives or just a good pair of pliers preferably needle nose.

OR we are not talking about a chip deally then you'll probably have to go on a killing spree to keep people from reactivating you.
