Serious question: Why hasn't cat urine been classifed as a chemical weapon?

Holy shit, that smells! You hurl a gallon of my cat's piss at an advancing army and you'd stop it dead in its tracks. Can we at least make it the number 1 goal of the 21st century to come up with cat food or special cat water that doesn't come back out as a Weapon of Mass Destruction?

I'm allergic to them too. I have yet to see a cat owner whose house didn't smell like cat waste.

I'm allergic to dogs, but I like dogs.
I used to have a couple of idiot cocker spaniels (came with the boyfriend) that peed on everything to show you how happy they were to see us.

I acquired the boyfriend in 1994. One dog died in 1998 and the other in 2002.

The pee was never as pungent as cat pee. And I got attached to the little shits like I was their mother. The BF was their mother.
