Anyone else hate Judge Judy??

God, just listening to this women makes my skin crawl. She is an abrasive, crabby idiot berating everyone she comes in contact with. This is not a court show, this is a judge, who knows she's on TV, making an ass of herself, and it's embarrassing. Why my brother even listens to her is absolutely incredible. Either tone her down, or get her off TV.

2. I used to have that reaction. I thought People's Court was better but having

ditched cable sometime ago I seldom watch TV, if the mood does strike and JJ is the only thing on I don't mind watching it.

7. Her husband, also a judge, had a short-lived TV show also. He

was worse then Judy for abrasiveness.

9. I hate the idea that we are supposed to get off on seeing other people judged.

As with most reality TV, my skin crawls as I think of the corporate minds who chuckle as we rip each others' throats out...as they pick our pockets.

10. I recently had to spend a week at home due to illness. I don't have

cable or satellite, so I had to watch whatever was on our local channels. I didn't realize there were so many courtroom shows on. FWIW, Judge Judy is one of the better ones. I'd go stir crazy on a steady diet of daytime tv.
