Classic Rock Trivia CHALLENGE, Delaney & Bonnie & Friends On Tour With Eric Clapton Edition
WHOSE feet are sticking out of the car window?

And NO, I'm not gonna cave if CaliforniaPeggy asks me to reveal the answer like the LAST time, so the challenge stays open until SOMEONE gets it!

3. IIRC, those are the talented feet of Bob Dylan...who played guitar in the studio
on several records under the name Blind Joe Death.

But that was years ago, and I could be wrong...

9. Whatever happened to Delaney and Bonnie Bramlett?
I hope he's not a retired truck driver and she a hausfrau in some backwoods burg! Happens to too many peripheral musicians.

10. Delaney died a year or so ago and Bonnie's still singing!

Separately they were never the same as together, and I barely ever heard part of one of Delaney's albums without her, but Bonnie went full-blown blues and I have bought several of her albums but not her latest yet.

It's too bad they were considered 'peripheral musicians,' as their music together was something different at a time when we needed it. They just didn't get into the spotlight to be heard by more people.

Remember "Never Ending Song of Love" and how it climbed to the top in (around?) 1970? Who'da thunk people would go for a song like that? People want down to earth real music in their lives.

I wanted to add a disclaimer that this is not a good snapshot song of what they did together, for those who are not familiar with them.

Poor Elijah

Gotta add Bonnie doing "Piece of my Heart" but I don't think there is a video version of it anywhere:

12. D&B were one of the best around , and extremely underrated...
Bonnie's voice and emotional performance is still something to hear. She is just fine.
