7. Technically, the world is not ending that day. It's the "beginning of the end"

As it was explained to me, Biblical scholars have made a careful review of dates and determined that 5/21/11 will be the date of the Rapture. Then Jesus will come to judge the rest of us, and that could be quick, or that could take a while.

Of course the third temple has not been built (per the prophecy of John the Divine in Revelations), and Jesus himself said we wouldn't be able to predict the date of his return in advance, but what do I know?
