Here is a funny thing.

I downloaded a game, doesn't matter what it was, just some computer game, one of those civ building games.

And it has a world generatation phase where it creates a map like most games like that.

Then after a couple times of building worlds, game crashes, then after that the game is crashed, next run big square sections of areas put on the map making game unplayable, and the game is over 10 years old, with many versions released and tested. Same thing happened with a few other computer games, they function for a little while, then get put in an non functional state.

So when people in government or private sector says there computers aren't working, I am pretty sure I know what is happening to them, and the changes in code are really more then could be done without a system doing it.

And I am still due beer and travel money.
