Ipod classic question
There are 2 odd pieces of plastic that came in the box of my ipod classic which seem like they might be used as a stand for the critter. But if this is so, I have no idea how to set it up, and there's no mention of them in the online manual. Can anyone tell me what they are, and how they are used?

Thanks for your replies! :-)

1. You answered your own question.
By not using them.

2. Do you have a picture of the odd-ball parts. My daughter can probably identify them.

3. Sounds like the dock "adapter".
Is it like the thing in the lower right?:

It's used to allow your IPod to sit in a "dock", if you have one. The "dock" would be something purchased separately.

If you have the cable to connect the IPod to a USB port on your computer, you don't need to use the dock adapter.

4. That's it!
Thanks! I guess the other piece of plastic was just for packing purposes. It's a little tray that the ipod fits into. It's made of the same kind of plastic as the dock adapter. It's pretty useless as a storage device, though, as the ipod won't fit perfectly in the tray if you're recharging or synching.

Thanks! :-)
