sorry for not keeping up

yes he made it - got the new belt, husband put it on and all seems ok with truck
kid got beer and chicken wings (for me to make) and we had a pretty tame NYE - it's really cold (for us) - about 17 right now, so we just stepped out and shot off the new shot gun a couple times and a few leftover fireworks from the 4th of july.
