I have loads of fresh apples, cinnamon, butter & oats. What can I make in a microwave?

I know there's something fucking awesome just waiting in those things together, and that I can probably do it in a microwave. I just need to know what and how long.

I don't smoke pot any more, haven't regularly for a loooong time now, but goddamnit I love me midnight munchies anyhow and for some reason it's always sweets I crave.

Help me with a recipe?

you do need some sweetener, though. Brown sugar is traditional, but could also be honey or maple syrup or white sugar.
