OMAHA, Neb. — KETV.com

Omaha police said a man who tried to smoke inside a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant was sent into a fit of rage when employees asked him to go outside.

3. That was my first thought too.
It's not as if the no smoking in public buildings was just enacted the night before. Sheesh!

5. Even when I smoked cigarettes (and when I quit in '97, I was up to 3 packs a day)...
.
.
.
.
.
...I had ZERO tolerance for anyone who whined (yes, whined) about
so-called "smoker's rights".
.
.
.
I thought the right of "life" of all nearby (even and ESPECIALLY waitstaff
in bars and restaurants, whether THEY smoked or not) absolutely trumped
a smoker's right to "pursuit of happiness".
.
.
.
It's always seemed as silly an argument to me as the gun nuts argument
that The Constitution guarantees the the "right" to own a machine gun.
.
.
.
There are times when the rights of the "many" take precedent over the
rights of the "few" (though the opposite is almost certainly almost
universally true -- the rights of the few are NOT trumped by the "rights"
of the many).
.
.
.

7. Oh crap!
That's probably it! Just like the other guy who shot his TV because Palin won.
