1. Bisbee?

If so, ask around for and check out The Shady Dell campground about 5-10 minutes away.

.
.
COOLEST "hotel room" I've EVER had (and I've stayed at the Hotel Kempinski 5-star hotel
in Berlin).

I've stayed in 3 of their trailers. The diner was AMAZING (but it's been 4-5 years
since I've been there) -- run by a couple who used to prepare and sell food while
following The Dead -- the husband eventually went to culinary school and has
worked in some very fine restaurants. AMAZING breakfasts.

5. I don't remember ever meeting or seeing her -- and it was so long ago...

...that I don't remember what HE looked like -- only that the two
breakfasts I had there (and the SEVERAL slices of extraordinary pie
beaten only by the pies atop Mt Lemmon) were incredible.

.
Although none of the trailers were more than 100 yards from the diner,
after eating there the first time, I made sure to rent the little
Crown trailer right NEXT to it on the next time.

6. I met a couple in Mexico last week who had worked there
and he seemed to be a foodie, so it kind of sounded like it might have been them.

They were kind of interesting, had obviously done some cool things in life before moving down there.
