Like my agent said, "no roses, until it closes". I am so glad I got rid of mine before the bottom falls out (. I was nervous about the war, and it ain't over yet.

Of course, dubya ought to be worrying about "closing" his "real estate acquisition", ha ha.

i waited too long to sell it. had i sold it before chimpy stole the election, i would have gotten 50 or 60k more. the economy in austin is horrible. the buyer is getting a great deal though. and now i can get on with my life.
